A Quick Note on Value

If you use all your trips, you'll see significant savings over the season. Usage of all five trips can save you up to 40% versus individual trip bookings.

Do I have to use all trips at once?
No—use them whenever it works for you throughout the season. 7 days a week May 1st – Thanksgiving, excluding black-out dates.

Can I use my pass to make a group booking?
No. Passes are for individual use.

Can I share my pass?
No. Passes are for individual use and are non-transferrable. The pass holder must go along on the river trip.

What boats are included in the Paddle Pass?
16' canoes, solo kayaks, tandem kayaks, and paddleboards are all included (based on availability).

What if I don't use all the trips on the Paddle Pass?
Paddle and Shuttle passes are non-refundable and do not carry over to the next season.

How do shuttle tokens work?
Token usage is based off the furthest shuttle location. For example,
1 token = access points north of Paisley
2 tokens = access points in Paisley and south, including Walkerton (Lobies Park)
3 tokens = Maple Hill Dam & Hanover access #3

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Paddling is fun, rain or shine! It's a watersport – you might get wet! In the event of lightning and thunderstorms, we can reschedule to a later date.

Do I need to book ahead?
It's recommended, especially in peak season, to make sure you have a spot. Bookings can be made same day, but are subject to availability. Please call 1-888-34-KAYAK(52925) for last minute bookings.

Is this right for someone visiting just once?
If you're only planning a single trip, standard booking may be the better option. These passes are designed for people who want to paddle a few times over the season. After having a blast paddling a single trip and you decide you would like to purchase a paddle pass, the single trip fee can be used as proceeds for a paddle pass.

The Saugeen has a way of drawing people back.

This just makes it easier when it does.
